I made...
I made a good soup! It has celery, onion, sweet red pepper, corn, beans, zucchini, carrots, tomato soup and water.
Oh, and it has frozen tomatoes in it.

Sounds good. I usually make one with carrots, green beans, cabbage, onions, tomato juice and beef bouillon. You cook this to death and the juice reduces to make a thicker vegetable soup.

Whenever I have leftover vegetables form dinner, I always put them in a container in the freezer. It doesn't matter what kind. When the container is full, I know I have enough for soup. then I reheat them in some kind of stock - beef, chicken or turkey and if I want, I add a little meat. Delish and it never comes out the same twice because the veggie mix is always different.

I'm sick with a cold! That sounds awesome! My son cooked me a packet of egg drop soup for dinner, should added some frozen peas fresh carrots or something to it, although it was still good! Thanks! LOVE YOUR FRIEND MANDA!
