    I treated myself yesterday

I bought an expensive skein of yarn ($14.50) for a wrap that I wanted to make myself. I have not crocheted something just for me in a long time and decided it was time to treat myself.

I came home with my yarn and showed my hubby my large skein of yarn that was for me and said but it was expensive. His response was "It's for you? Then it does not matter what it cost."

I started working on it immediately and I am almost half done.

You go girl! Its awesome to splurge sometimes and even better that you have a great husband that supports it. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I agree, you need to treat yourself (at some point, we all have to) and it is wonderful that your hubby agrees!!!! Looking forward to seeing the finished wrap.

I agree with everyone else, your husband is a keeper. You do need to splurge on yourself.

lol I love my hubby. I got the wrap all finished yesterday. wrapped myself up in it. and my hubby the sweetheart that he is said its not big enough go buy another skein and make it bigger.

So I frogged it and started all over hehehe and I have to admit I like it better he was right it did need to be wider and much longer I am about 1/3 the way though the skein and this afternoon I will go and get me another skein.
