I've tried to read most of the post but a lot on my plate
right now. I'm having to take care of my SIL suffering with
Dementia and responible for all her care.

I do plan some afternoons or evening's to check emails or
early in the morning. Just want you to know I'm still here.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about your migraine. This is something a friend of mine does for her migraine. I thought maybe it might help you. Have a headache/migraine? Submerge your feet and hands in hot/warm water and put a bag of frozen peas at the base of your skull. The heat on your extremities pulls the blood from your head relieving some/all of your headache.

Thank you, Dinah. Seventy five is peeking around the corner at me. Trying to keep up with sq's I crochet
for group I really love being a part of and taking care of SIL has been somewhat stressful but will work it
