carpal tunnel recovery

I had carpal tunnel surgery on Sept 13, just wondering if anyone else has and when they were able to crochet again. The numbness and tingling are gone, but no strength to hold the hook yet and itching to get back at it!

I had the surgery done on both of my hands some time ago. It took me some time to fully recover - everyone may have a different recovery period. One of my hands was so bad that I was losing function of my arm - this is what prompted me to get it checked out. For me, I think in about six months I could do half of the things I used to. Now, I can do nearly anything.
