    It says Aunt Lydia's crochet thread #10 (personally I would use a #3, a little easier/thicker) You can use yarn it'll just turn out larger

    Thank you so much. I am making pumpkins for my daughter's Oct. wedding, out of Vanna White's Glamour yarn in copper with the orange metallic thread through it. I need to dress them up a little. Christine

    Those are beautiful! I'm scared to try a project with the tiny yarn yet. but i'm saving this pattern for later when I get the confidence for it!
