    Newbie

    I am a self-taught crocheter and knitter. Still a novice, but I do enjoy trying new patterns. Right now I'm busy crocheting hats for preemies which I donate to the local hospital and scarfs which I shall give as gifts.

    Nan: you are busy! Welcome to CT. I am 66, retired and have four grandchildren, 7,6,5,4. I crochet baby blankets for Project Linus and make some full afghans too. I started a prayer shawl this last week and it is going pretty well. Post pics of your hats for us to see. Shirley
