Hi,
I am new to all of this on blogging or messages not sure what to say.
I am Iva Love, I taught myself to crochet when I was younger of course starting, ripping out, and starting again till I got it right but it was all worth it. I use to see the yarn in the stores and I would look at it and tried to think how I could use it to make something cool. Now I can do that. It's nice to meet all of you.

Hi Iva: Welcome to CT! I am 66, retired and have four grandchildren, 7,6,5,4. I mostly crochet baby blankets for Project Linus and some full afghans too. Right now I am working on a shawl that one of the other gals posted called Free Pattern. It is a fun project and after ripping and redoing it is going well. Everyone is very friendly so chime right in! Shirley
