Hello everyone!

My name is Mersea, I am an artist, and I taught myself to crochet when I was in 7th grade... a few decades back. During the day I work on my art and at night I crochet. For the past few years I have been crocheting afghans and donating them to CHKD and then when I went through chemo for cancer I started donating the afghans to Virginia Oncology where I went through there. Right now I am taking a little bit of a break to work on my wardrobe. Of course I will still make some afghans when I come in contact with newly diagnosed cancer fighters.

Looking forward to getting to know people and get new patterns!

Hi Mersea Welcome. I am new here myself and I love to make dolls and such.

I make handmade dolls, have one that I made into I hate cancer doll which has all the names of friends and relatives that have dies of cancer on it, I love to crochet my own design and others designs of lace curtains, like to design some things, have in the past hand stitched quilts, curtains, did woodwork by hand, have done all kinds of things. My artwork is my passion .
