    Baby Blanket for Kate

Several weeks ago I made a blue and white reversible blanket for what I guessed was going to be a boy. Wasn't that crazy!! Out of a 50-50 chance, I got it wrong. Why didn't I make I yellow and white or some other colors. I won't guess again!!! So here is the new afghan for Kate.

Is I any wonder I can't win at the casino.

You did such a good job and that is very cute with the name on it. You might not win at the casino but I bet you are a winner with Kate! and isn't that better?!!

Thanks to all of you for your comments. Yes, his is Catherine's Wheel. The baby's name is Catherine Anne.

Story time: (1) Went brain dead and couldn't figure the pattern--RIP. (2) Counted wrong for the width--RIP. (3) Ok, got it right this time - oops, too wide. (4) Will not rip again - what to do? - turn it vertically. Can't add to the top, the top would be horizontal. (5) Yeah - add a header. (6) All Done, except I missed a stitch, thus the flowers. Dear Kate, please appreciate this afghan.
