    Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial or a free pattern for trailing leaves crochet blanket?

    The pattern is only 4.00. I would go ahead and just buy it. I have never seen that basic pattern in any stitch book and I have crocheted over 50 years.

    Now that is funny, I was on Pinterest yesterday and seen this stitch for the first time. Here is a couple of links that I had found, one is pretty much a photo tutorial with someone commenting with the pattern, the other one is in Spanish I think, but it does have a translation into English directly below each step. I hope one of these will help you. I would suggest the bottom link, but the top has great visual for the second part of the stitch

    I have that pattern free. in fact working on it now. its called an extreme drop stitch

    type in to your search bar extreme drop stitch there are a number of videos for CAL s for this also FYI there are lefthanded instructions as well
