Brazilian Flag blanket

I am looking for a pattern for a brazilian flag. I have many friends that are brazilian and want to surprise them with something that means worlds to them. Please help me!

Did you do a search on Bing? When I did, came up with a You tube tutorial by Amanda Gonzales. Looks more like done in Macrame to me. Did you see that? If you could get a graph done somewhere? Then do single crochets?

hello nancie79! i searched and found what the flag looks like. you could crochet a square for the flag and crochet a circle and maybe crochet a 2 row band that goes around the circle and crochet some small stars. then sew the circle, the band and the stars onto the crochet square. what do all of those little stars on the flag stand for? i never knew what the brazil flag looked like.

The band says order and progress and the stars are for the counties (I think).
