Make Your Own Comfort Grips for Crochet Hooks
I know some of you use the ergonomic grips crochet hooks and like them, but they can be hard to find, and are a little pricey sometimes.
If anyone would like to make your own, I found these instructions to make comfort grips for your hooks, using the gel pencil grips you can find at most office supply stores, Walmart and other places. Here is a link to the instructions. Looks pretty simple to do, and I think I will try it:

I bought some of the comfort grips specially made for crochet hooks but they aren't too comfy for me. I think the gel comfort grips would be better. I'll have to try them. Thanks for posting this. Great idea!

Thanks for the site! That's a cool idea! I bought the the comfort grips that are for crochet hooks. We had a pen that didn't work anymore and I kept the part of the pen that looked like it would go over a crochet hook but I haven't tried it yet.

My sister seen this some where and shared with me several months ago. We spent a week together Crocheting and made these for all our needles and they really make a difference, especially when crocheting for any length of time. Day and night difference. Happy Crafting.....Davena
