New crochet site

I found this site last night while surfing the web for alphabet filet crochet templates. This site was created specifically for those of us who wish to try our hands at the old timey crochet patterns. It is awesome to go through. I am sure you will all love it. I knew you all would like that site. I went through it with a fine tooth comb. I remember some of those patterns from when my mother crocheted our mittens and hats. She loved to crochet and I learned when I was old enough to hold a needle. I started out making chains with yarn and graduated down to the number 10 thread. Every time I use a ball of thread I think of my mother. Funny how things come to mind by seeing something or smelling something. Every time I cook a beef roast I think of my mother and of Sunday. Weird huh?
