I have been crocheting for a very long time, but can't figure out what DIY stands for am I that dence??

I think, diy is design your or is it to do with color? I will be interested in other comments; good question.

Berney if you could give us an example of where you have seen DIY used in connection with crochet it would be helpful. We have all seen it as Do It Yourself, but I wonder how that would connect to crochet.

Just seen it in front of patterns on utube and on the web and I had never heard it before. Just like lol use to be LOTS OF LUCK, now it's LAUGH OUT LOUD. Things change. Iam a newbie and wanted to know.

I,ve always known it to be DO IT YOURSELF. However, that is in reference to home repairs. Could be in Crochet too.
