craft sales help

hi everyone, I have just retired in Jan of this year and am getting back into knitting and crochet. I thought I would like to get into doing some craft sales this fall so I am getting some things done up. Do any of you have Ideas what kind of articles are selling these days? I would appreciate any help you can give me. I figure since we on here are all over the world there would not be competition at sales. So please let me know what is a hot seller where you are from. thanks

Well I have a step daughter in college and a daughter in law that is 22 and I have made each of them 3 infinity scarfs and their friends are really jealous so thats an idea

I live in Alaska and do craft shows and my top sellers, are potholders, wash cloths, barbie doll dresses, hats, scarves, I team up with couple other gals so that is why wide assortment of items. Good Luck.

Carol I've sold lots of these cute little Pie Hot Pads...
I've made Cherry and Blueberry so far.

Mrs. P those are beautiful! As for what sells, it's kinda hard to judge cuz it changes I think from area to area; But I've heard that coasters do well; hope this helps happy crocheting.
