Pattern/Chart question

I have attached the chart so you can see what I am asking.....

In chart M2 is where I am stuck....
you are to begin with row Z which I can only see as double crochet for every stitch.

However row Z is supposed to be the last written row in the pattern instructions, and the last written row of pattern instructions is 1 dc and 1 ch in a round. So actually I am supposed the start where it says "start" with a dc and ch.
What am I missing?

It looks to me like you start again at Row M and continue thru Row 7(X). Just my opinion.--Jan

Cyicrochet ....yes I understand that...but if you look at row Z in the chart it is all double crochet....but the written pattern says that row Z is chain loops which is1 dc & 1 ch .....that is my concern...

I know .....but it is different stitch wise than the written part of the pattern is indicating. I think it is a mistake. I emailed the Garnes studio where the pattern came from so they could clarify it.
