Pebble Stitch Scarf

I don't exactly know what the name of the stitch is, but I heard it is called the Pebble Stitch. I made a whole Mario blanket. Here is a scarf pattern of Pebble Stitch.

The closest stitch I have used is called the Seed Stitch, but I haven't done this stitch. It is very pretty.

I've done the one where single double and then on the next row you do a short stitch in a long stitch. Took way too much concentration for me.
