More colors

Hi everyone. This is my first post. I need help with doing crochet patterns with changing yarn colors. I'd like to do a Harley Davidson afghan. Thanks bajordan

I found the Russian Join to be the best at joining yarn. And for joining colors I crochet up to where I want the color change and put a safety pin where I need the color change to be and I do my Russian Join at that spot on the yarn. If you go to you tube and put in Russian Join Crochet it will bring it up. It is really easy to do. Hope this helps.

I couldn't agree more; the russian join is great....some people carry the colours under the main one as well; I've seen some great sc coloured afghans....happy crocheting.
