    Cool dee dee

    Hi I am new here. I will just tell you a little about myself. I am long time crafter. I got interested in it in Girl Scouts( to earn my craft badge) I fell in love with it immediately. I have tried my hand at just about everything. The only thing I haven't tackled is making a quilt, that is on my list right now for this coming winter. I learned how to sew in High School: home economics. I like to keep my hands busy. I have 6 grandchildren. They are always getting stuff from grandma that she made. I think I shall probably pass away with a needle of some sort (crochet hook, or Knitting needles)in my hands. LOL My daughters joke. I hope I can learn even more, I know there is always some new out there.

The people are the nicest people we've met, and we love the beach there. The city is great. We have spent 8 spring break's there, and our grandson loves it. He's 13 now, and his name is Nicholas Daniel, surprise!! LOL! So welcome to Crochet Talk. I have learned so much, and I have b een crocheting for over 40 years!
