Your Hat is very pretty. Everyone is telling me babies like bright colors too. What size did you make your hat? I made one the other day according to directions and it looked so small , I (((((froged it)))))). Then someone sent me this little saying A new born's head is like a small grapefriut and the Premie is like an orange. I guess I better wait till the little girl gets here before I try another one.

My grand daughter was born in Nov. I had crocheted newborn hats for her knowing that Nov would be cold in Indiana. Followed directions with the yarn they requested. When she was born she only wore them for less than a month before her head was too big. Have now done more but varying in larger sizes. Her head is growing fast as is she. If you want directions on sizes. Google Crochet baby hat sizes for more information on sizes. Some give you finished sizes in inches.
