New to Crochet Talk and happy about it
Hi, my name is Olga and live in TN. Both my husband and I retired here in TN 5 years ago from Florida and love it here. Since my reitrement, I decided to crochet everything I can. My Mother-in-law showed me how to crochet 43 years ago and I have love learning it every day. I am not an expert crocheter but I read patterns pretty good. I have been crocheting items for my 2 granddaughters who are 4 and 7. Hope to talk to many of you, if I am not crocheting I am on the computer. Thank you for having this blog.

How precious, you get to crochet for your grandbabies!! There is a lot of fun to be had in crocheting, that's for sure and we have a lot of fun on here!

Welcome from another Tennessean!! Where do you live? I have 2 greats but my grands are older. Enjoy them when they are young they grow up so fast and they don't need Granny from their teens to becoming a parent. I have a 24 year old who is the Mom to my greats and a 15 year old who hasn't needed me for years but I know she will come back when she is older like her sister.

So glad you could join us. I just love this site. It has replaced Facebook in my world. I'm on here a lot through out the day and I crochet when I'm not on here it seems. I hope you find the time to post some pictures of the things you have made as we just love to ohh and aww over them.

Yes those grandbabies don't stay little for long and they find other things to fill there time but when they need something for a friend or themselves they will be back.
