I walked 4 miles around the lake. Ate good meal after bone graft 2 days ago. Played with my grand son.

Niru, Glad to meet you! Welcome to the forum! Ditto that you are doing well after your bone graft! I'm glad to say that my husband, Dan, is much better after being sick with the flu since last Thursday. He's still feeling punky, but at least he's got his color back.
