    That was the one, thanks. I also received another e-mail about this. I guess I wasn't sure what felting was. I have also made potholders, but, they aren't very thick. Do you know of some kind of backing to use?

    I do my potholders 2 rounds sewn together , but i work in size 10 thread. It would be good to use fire proof matterial .
