I really wish I had Barbara's number. I looked at Google maps and she is a good distance from Short, Ok . I hope and pray they are ok.

My area is under a Tornado Watch ( til 8 PM so far) which is better than a Tornado Warning.

All around us is toronado watch but not us yet. Thank God. High winds and thunderstorms tonight. Hope the winds don't blow a pine tree on our house. During hurricane Ike we lost 6 big trees. If the wind had been rotating in the opposite direction 3 of them would have fallen on our house, but they fell the other way. Stay safe.

MB, I lost 17 trees one year and I have two huge trees over my propane gas tank and my bedroom now. We are under a wind advisory until tomorrow night.

Oh my, this is the first I have heard about this. My daughter and her son are up in North Ga. I am calling her now... Thanks for the info. Am on the phone with her... she had no idea... now she is checking it out and finding all sorts of warnings starting at 5 am for her area and to continue till 7 pm. Thank you!!!!!!!
