Cute bag! I think I have that pattern, but I haven't tried it yet! Was it hard working with the plarn?

    Directions Please!

How do you make plarn? I love the bag. A friend is in Peru for the winter and I think she would appreciate a 'green' shopping bag. Thanks

    Hi

Thanks everyone.....plarn is made out of using plastic grocery bags, you just straighten the bags, fold in half and then fold in half again, cut off the handles and the bottoms...the cut in to 1 inch strips, then you just hook (there is a tutoral on youtube)....crocheting with plarn was a little tricky at first but you get use to it....just don't crochet your stitches tight....
