Yarn change

Hello to all, I am wanting to make a hat that calls for (4) Worsted weight yarn but I want to use a Peaches and Creme yarn. How do I make the adjustments for using a different yarn in the pattern? More stitches, larger needle???? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

My peaches and creme crochet yarn is packed, but I believe it is also a four. If it is the same ply, you should not have to change anything in your hook size, ect.

I just happened to have a skien of it and it is #4 worested weighted yearn.
