What is Fingering Weight Yarn
Could someone tell me what fingering weight yarn is, and what do you use it for?

It would be really light weight and many times used for baby items. It is also known as baby yarn. Sorry for the delay in posting - I am a little behind on posts. :0)

Fingering weight yarn would be a size 1. Baby items, scarves, hats, even some clothing items. I made a potato chip, or ruffle scarf for my daughter this year with some fingering yarn I had in my stash and it turned out great! Neglected to get a picture of it though.
