My Brain Has Turned Into Tangled Yarn!

Okay - just had to share this about myself and my poor, overloaded brain. I was here on the site yesterday, crusing around, having a wonderful time looking and thinking of possibilities.

I went to sleep thinking - tomorrow I will go to Joann's and get some sport weight baby yarn on sale.

When I woke up, I remembered I wanted the yarn, but could not for the life of me remember why I wanted it, or what I wanted to make, lol.

So, I did what you are supposed to do when you have forgotten something. Go back to where you were before you forgot.

Sure enough, I remembered. I want to make a baby hat for my newest granddaughter. Maybe I should write that down!

I'm just going to make a simple hat, maybe with a flower on it. But haven't decided what color yet. In the meantime, here is a picture of the intended recipient, my newest granddaughter, Dorothy Rose. She is about 5 months old now:My Brain Has Turned Into Tangled Yarn!-dorothy-5-mo-jpg

Thanks you guys. My hubby and I are very blessed indeed. We have a grand total of 18 grandchildren, and even 4 great-grandkids! Our youngest daughter is responsible for 7 of them, including little Dorothy Rose.

So when I make anything, it is usually in multiples!
