Converting pattern to smaller size? HELP
How do I resize a crochet pattern. The small size is 30" in chest. I want to make it for a child that is 25" in chest. Gauge is 20 sts = 4" 12 rows = 4".
The pattern is a free pattern from So does 5 sts. = 1" and 3 rows = 1 ".

Ties: Pattern begins with 358 chains. 358 divided by 5 = 71.6"
Body: Skip 55 chain 1 sps.
