Need help finding crocheted high heel pattern

Many years ago I had a pattern for a crocheted high heel that is put over a plastic high heel form to stiffen. I have lost that pattern somewhere in one of my moves. Can anyone help? I would love to find it again for my daughter's bridal shower. It is very old; perhaps 30years or so.
