i need a spociphic pattern or this one ajusted a sallys name doily so it can have two names one above the other, four letter and three letter . or another that is in shape of a football

She is looking for a name doily with 4 letters on top, and 3 on the bottom, oval shaped I believe. does anyone have something like this?
Don't know if it is to be turned into a ghan, or just a name doily, but surely someone has something they can share? I am going to look in my stash. the pattern will have to be redone to some degree, if 2 lines are used, rather than one, but with skills as crocheters have should work out just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
