small pineapple and rose doily

I am looking for a small doily, it has only 2 pineapples, each pointing the opposite direction and 2 small roses with leaves in between the pineapples. I have seen a picture of this, but the blog that I saw it on only says that she cannot give the pattern out as it is copyrighted. However, the site does not give a link or page where I can order the pattern. Would anyone know of this pattern? I would gladly pay for it, if I could find it. Thank you so much for any help.
