AG doll bedspread/afghan

Hi! My co-worker's daughter is getting an AG doll bed for Christmas. I'd like to knit or crochet her a nice bedspread or afghan. Does anyone know the dimensions I should use? I do not have access to the bed.

I have a pattern book for 18" doll afghans! They are 21" X 21"-a granny square one, 19" X 21"- a shell afghan and a quilt blocks afghan 23" X 23"! Would you be interested in the patterns?
