    Beginner Crochet Wrist Wamers

These were alot of fun to make. It only took about 4 hrs total and I am a beginner. I used Rachel Choi's basic pattern for the sides, then she has a great dish cloth design that I used for the centers.

My daughter wanted leg warmers so I made these a bit longer.

Hi Landon - I used Caron Simply Soft in Strawberry - it is actually a peachy/pink color that my daughter loved.

Pretty stitch also and I love the color as well. Certainly doesn't look like a begginer's work. Right Landon??

Ya know, I look at these pieces, which by the way, are on my desk so I remember what it was like for me when I was learning to crochet.

You can definitely do this! Actually though - the first time I tried these, the ends were all raggedy looking on the "dish cloth" pattern part, so I added 2 of the back loop crochet to each end and then it turned out even looking. Good luck - I know you can do this :-)
