turning a heel help please

hi I'm new here and have just picked up crocheting again but am confused about a pattern instruction. It says
turn heel: sc 13 sts , sc 2tog, ch2, turn.
ch2, sc 6 sts, sc 2tog, ch2 turn.
repeat this last row until all extra edge stitches are worked.
I am confused about how this looks doesnt seem to work anyway i try am i missing something. this is from the pattern peach ankle socks line 10 and 11
also does it mean to do 13sts turn and 6sts or justs the 6st row
any help would be appreciated thanks

iam sure someone will come and help you as i havent done the turning heel before but have you looked on youtube,ive just had a quick look and they is a few videos,showing you what to do

i just posted but becouse iam new and posted a link,it needs to be aproved but look on you tube,its gots a few videos on there showing you what to do,unless someone comes along and tells you how to do it

i am on line 10-11
you tube isnt helping it is using a short row decrease and i dont think this pattern is calling for that.
