    I have just joined crochet talk today. I am 72 years old, married for 52 years, have one daughter and two wonderful grandchildren, a boy 17 years old and a girl 12 years old. The granddaughter is anxious for me to crochet her a scarf. I have croched most of my life, teaching myself at age 12. I am wanting to make some crochet lace cardigans for my daughter and am looking for patterns that are written and in English. I've tried reading a chart, did okay on a simple pattern. It just about wore me out though.\
    Am looking forward to postings on this forum.
