fishbowl again!

I'm still working on trying to get the ring out .of a very large fishbowl(round).I have tried a Mr Clean sponge, Vinegar & salt, & dishwasher soap,-soaked it for 2 days & then scrubbed , Did it again with a very strong solution of the soap & very little water & scrubbed with a steel wool pad.Still there. But a little liter. Any suggestions?I wanted to put a nativity in there with trees ,etc.for the craft fair in Dec.

Saw on Facebook that 2 parts rubbing alcohol and 1 part Dawn dish soap will take out stains! Maybe it will work on glass? Or maybe you could add some glitter on the glass and make it look like it's snowing?
