Looks great, which pattern did you use? Is it worsted weight yarn (#4)? Looks like what I want to do! Caro

Landon I started this hat when we first started talking about making them..then I put it down and took a break. then since the ladies wanted me to teach them to make the hat I figured I would make one myself..
Carolyn here is the like I used for the hat. And if you make any hat for any solider overseas please make them out of 100% wool since that don't burn that much..if you make little lap afghans then you can use worsted weight. And did you hear about the thing I started. I was asking people if they wanted to make some of these hats, mail them to me and since my sister has adopted a solider give them to her to ship to him and he can pass them to the guys in his squad..

jcrsga, thank you very much for providing the link. I'm hoping to get some caps knitted as soon as I finish my holiday knitting and crocheting. I think this is a great endeavor. Thank you for all you do for our service men.
