    Bavarian Crochet

This scarf is my 1st venture in Bavarian Crochet. (Also my 1st venture in uploading pics to this site). So if it works, it will be the first round, all one piece, crocheted along chain, then back on other side of chain.

It worked. Ok, I need to get the second pic of the final outcome.

    Finished Bavarian Crochet Scarf

    Bavarian Crochet-imag1099-jpgBavarian Crochet-imag1098-jpg

My first completed Bavarian Crochet Scarf. I love it. This is in our school colors. The second row goes around the first row. NO motifs. It's all one piece.
Sorry, it's still on my blocking board. It worked up really fast. Oh, and the designer of this is Jenny King. From "Learn to do Bavarian Crochet" book (Annie's Attic).

Thank u everyone. This is my first ” showing” on a crochet site. It means a lot to hear such nice things from fellow crocheters!

Yes, it is kind of 3d looking, as u work under the first row so it raises it up some.

it is beautiful! I love the colours you selected and your work is really lovely! Was it hard to learn and how long did it take you to get it done?
