Looking for video or pattern for ladder necklaces

I've been on Youtube and I can't find the directions for making the ladder necklaces. Am I using the wrong term for the crocheted necklaces with the flat ribbon type yarn?

Thanks, I looked through posts up to Feb but I was going on no sleep so I must have missed it on the forum. I really do try to find things but somehow I don't have the talent the rest of my sisters do. Ya'll are great!!!!

I have a couple of balls of this yarn that I picked up for seventy-five cents in a thrift store & have never been able to decide on a project. Just checked out Barbara's link & now I am off to watch the baseball game tonight & will try making one of the necklaces.
