Mile a Minute Baby Afghan Edgig
I'm almost finished with a Mile-a-Minute Baby Afghan for my niece. I'd like to put an edging on it but not sure what would look good on it. Any ideas?

I don't know what that pattern is but I love a shell stitch and a half double is a good choice. Really have to know what your afghan looks like.

Jan,
What type of crochet stitch did you use with the main part of the afghan?

Ok, I saw an ad for a pattern and it looked like they used a shell or a picot edging. I use 2dc or sc which ever I used mostly in the article so for example 2dc, chain 3, 2dc, then skip 3 stitchs, and repeat *2dc, ch3, 2dc skip 3 around. A suggestion. This will make a little point that I call a picot edging. Probably isn't the right name but what do I know??? lol

Would you like a simple edging or a more involved? Here are some ideas for edgings:

I did it in double crochet - I just put a simple single crochet around the edge for this one. How do I post a picture on here?
