intructions or tutorial for double tripple crochet stitch

I've run across a couple of patterns calling for double treble crochet stitch. I have no idea how this is done. Can anyone refer me to a resource that can show me how this stitch is made. Thanks Butterly13

It helped me I hadn't heard of that stitch. Does anybody crochet the way he does by lifting the yarn with his hand instead of the hook? I guess I have never seen it done that way but maybe he was just doing it to show the stitch.

To crochet like that would drive me nuts and making something would take forever. I hope it is just for the tutorial that he does that. If not.........

The only time I lift the yarn over the hook is when I'm demonstrating the stitch.

Makes me feel better. I felt sorry for him if he crocheted that way. Wanted to let himsee a tutorial on how to hold hook and yarn. lol

I'm with you on that, Faye. Someone needs to show him how to hold them so he can get something accomplished in a minimum amount of time. I hope he doesn't do everything else in his life like that................
