Spike Cluster or Birdsfoot spike stitch tutorial

Hi everyone! I'm new to your site and am looking for a tutorial or detailed explination for a stitch used for finishing a sweater I am making for my granddaughter. The pattern is from Ravelry. It's "Nia's babyset pattern" and it calls for a spike cluster stitch which is based on the Birdsfoot spikes on page 193 of The Crochet Stitch Bible by Betty Barnden. Does anyone know if there's a tutorial, etc on this stitch and where I can find it. Thanks for all your help and I'm looking forward to using this site in the future.
