Kinsley's Afghan
This is a baby afghan I made for our new great granddaughter, who will arrive in December.

WOW! I love the colours and OMG at the detail it has!! it is simply beautiful! How precious for little Kinsley! How many great grands do you have?

She's the first...four kids and nine grandkids! And thanks for your sweet words. I'm really rusty on my crocheting, and it's far from perfect, but I don't think Kinsley will mind.

love the blanket you did a wonderful job on it. she is a very lucky girl to have a talented grandmother! she will keep you busy crocheting her little dresses and sweaters and do not forget the hats too! happy crocheting!

WOW! That is So pretty and I love the colors. Not your traditional baby colors. Every time she is wrapped in it, she will feel the love her ggrandmother put into every stitch. Lucky little girl!

Thanks, guys! The colors came from her nursery decor (grey walls, black and white damask bedding, and pink accents). It was fun to do....just hope Kinsley doesn't look TOO closely....she'll she how rusty Grandma's crocheting is! And I've not yet attempted clothing....may have to give it a try, though. Any suggestions for easy little dress patterns?

thats really cute! I have 4 kids and 9 grandkids also. I have 2 grandaughters expecting..1 in Jan....the other in Feb. thanks for sharing!

Beautiful! I would never have thought of putting pink and gray together, but it works! I will keep that in mind for the doll dresses I make! Thanks for sharing!

Really beautiful!! No rustiness is visible to me. I too like the colors.
