Just happend to see this and don't know what it's for
Does anyone know what a cupcake or muffin pan that has a something like a spike in the middle of each place for the cupcake or muffin in the pan is used for? If you don't know what I mean picture a circle w/a spike in the middle of it.

Hi Sweet Sue, It will be round with a hole in the middle but I suppose you could pipe some filling in the doughnut if you would like to.
