Hi,
I hold the crochet hook with my right hand. My hands got tired of crocheting so I put my yarn away. Then a little bit later I got it out again and crocheted a bit more. Although my hands were tired I got my crocheting out once or twice to crochet a bit more.

Since my hands were tired I tried to use my left hand to help pull the yarn through the loops. I crochet holding the hook w/my right hand and when crocheting a dc, after the 3 loops are on hook and I have yarn over and ready to pull yarn through the loops for the dc I try to use my left hand to help pull the loops through or try to use my left hand period to get the yarn through the loops. This might help for left hand crocheters too, just crocheting the normal way that you crochet, using your right hand to help when pulling yarn through loops when your dominant hand is tired.
