Large Doily
Hi. Here is a large doily I completed not too long ago. The instructions said to use #10 cotton thread for a 19-inch doily, but I love working with Cotton Fair cotton & acrylic yarn, so that's why it's huge. The end product was getting to be so onerous I couldn't even make myself do the last round! I sure admire those crocheters who make giant bedspreads and tablecloths with tiny cotton thread.

Many thanks, Jean Marie!
Right now I am working on a thick neck warmer of my own design - it's my own design because after 3 rows I realized I misunderstood the pattern. Looks completely different but I don't care because it is quite nice (if I say so myself).

I love your large doily and I love Premier Cotton Fair yarn too! (They're currently discontinuing the multi-colors; I hope they'll extend the colors of the solids.)

kl 1000 & Nova. Many thanks for the compliments, girls!
@Nova: You are right, I hope they have more solid colours in the near future. I won't miss the multicolours all that much, though. I imagine some people like them, mind you.

I must be nuts. I ordered 3 more balls of Cotton Fair and now am looking around for projects. Sheesh...
Anyway, they arrived today; the colours are so nice.
Thanks for the compliments, Spoula.
