    Home Improvements/Upgrades

    Projects that bring me joy are home improvements and upgrades. This summer I had laminate flooring put in 2 of my bedrooms and a custom-designed stone flooring put in my guest bathroom. As I have laminate flooring in another area of my home, I knew that putting it in these bedrooms would be perfect! The stone flooring in the guest bathroom is being greatly enjoyed by my daughters. Just waiting to do another upgrade in my home soon!

    Have you done any home improvements/upgrades recently?

    Hello,

    I have not done any home improvements lately. We rent so we don't really do any.

    I have been trying to work on boxes from the garage some to widdle down my "clutter" stash.

    New Kitchen Appliances...

    Since the last post, I've bought stainless steel appliances...a suite! Refrigerator, microwave, built-in oven and cooktop along with a dishwasher. My kitchen looks beautiful. With my new radiant cooktop, I bought copper-colored cookware. And I also have a new stainless steel can opener! My younger daughter bought me a rose gold wall clock as a Mother's Day gift months ago. I'd never found a home for it; but now that clock has the perfect home in my newly improved kitchen. I also bought a new garbage disposal.

    Gutters and Dryer Air Vents Cleaned...

    Two more projects checked off my list! Yes, I had the gutters cleaned and the vents of my dryer cleaned.

    Trees Trimmed...

    Having my silver maple trees trimmed added a freshness to the curb appeal of my home. The last one to trim them didn't remove as many branches. This tree trimmer took off a lot and I really like the look of the trees!
