Crochet Baby Cardigan or Semi Circle Sweater

Hello Jean Marie, I see you made your sweater. What size did you make it?
For the sleeves did you keep changing colors or is this yarn variegated?

It's for a 2 yr. old. the sleeves are a variegated yarn(green, brown and beige) but the stripes of beige that you see on the sleeves is a different yarn and then I put black on the end or cuff of the sleeve. I wasn't sure if I was going to have enough of the variegated yarn so that's why I used a beige yarn for the stripes on the sleeves.

I thought that when you do a row of dc it's ch 2 or 3 and turn but in the above video for the back of the cardigan it's dc to end of row ch 1 and turn and dc. Just thought you might like to know that you can ch 1 and dc that it doesn't have to be a ch 2 or 3 when you dc on a row. I'm crocheting a smaller cardigan. I'm using a H hook. I chained 32 for the back side of the cardigan. On the picture of the cardigan above it looks like I used a bigger hook but I don't know what size hook. maybe a J hook? Today is Thursday, May 2.
