My big project this summer is to finish organizing my bed/craft room. On July 4th my husband's family is planning a reunion at one of his brother's homes - just gorgeous house on a man-made lake - which should be a lot of fun. That's it!

We are avid boaters, so we will go to the marina every weekend and go out on anchor every Saturday night (weather permitting). Sometimes, we stay out until Monday before going back home. Other than that, we see the grandkids as much as possible. We also like to travel to Rising Sun, Indiana, to the casino hotel and play the penny slots. We are NOT serious gamblers at all. We are going there this Saturday night just for a concert. Does anyone remember the band "Ambrosia" from the 70's? That is who we are going to hear.
I want to move, so we have a lot of stuff to get rid of at our house before we can sell it. So, some of our summer will be spent cleaning out the basement and de-junking the house. NOT FUN!

Sounds like you are busy, busy! There always seems to be many things to do!

I have a garage of things I need to go through. We went from winter to summer temps so I have not spent much time going through things as of yet.

I remember the band, but when I looked up their songs - I don't remember the song titles. Enjoy your time at the concert!

Hi Barbara,
The band was good, but the mixing was terrible. They had the sound system so loud you couldn't hear the words. My son and his girlfriend were with us. He sings in two rock bands and he couldn't stand to hear it. We all left before the show was over! Oh well....at least I got to spend time with my son!
